What we collect automatically

Nothing. This site runs no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising scripts and no third-party embeds. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so loading the page does not report your visit to anyone else.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request logs, including IP address, as a necessary part of serving and protecting the site. We do not combine those logs with anything else or use them to build a profile.

What you give us directly

• Email you send us. If you write to one of our addresses, we hold that correspondence so we can reply.
• Newsletter address. If you subscribe, we store your email address for the sole purpose of sending those notes. We do not sell or share it.

Who processes it

• Zoho Mail — email hosting for our domain.
• Cloudflare — DNS and site hosting.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept while it is useful to the conversation. A newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe, which removes it.

Your choices

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at founders@diffix.ai. We will do it. You do not need to give a reason.
